دليلك المتكامل للسفر هذا الصيف: السفر مع الأطفال دون توتر!

لا شك في أن السفر مع الأطفال قد يكون مرهقاً نفسياً ويحمل في طياته العديد من التحديات التي قد تجعلك تترددين قبل اتخاذ قرار السفر بصحبتهم. لكن لماذا عليكِ أن تحرمي نفسك من الاستمتاع بالسفر، سواء كان للإجازة أو لزيارة الأهل والأصحاب، طالما بإمكانك القيام بخطوات بسيطة تساعدك على الاستمتاع به والتخفيف من متاعبه؟ 

تسوقي من أفضل اختيارات للسفر هذا الصيف!

إليكِ عزيزتي بعض النصائح التي تمكنك من السفر مع الأطفال بأقل قدر من التوتر والإرهاق النفسي: 

أولاً: خفضي سقف توقعاتك 

التوقعات العالية هي أول وأكبر سبب للتوتر أثناء السفر، لذلك ينصح الخبراء ببناء توقعاتك بما يواءم ظروفك. لا تتوقعي مثلاً أن تستمتعي بمغامرات بحرية لا تتناسب مع أعمار أطفالك، أو المشي في الغابات حيث الطرقات لا تناسب عربة الأطفال. ابحثي دائماً عن النشاطات التي يمكنكم الاستمتاع بها كعائلة. وهكذا يمكنك التخفيف من الإحباطات وخيبات الأمل التي تسبب لك التوتر والحزن.

ثانياً: جهزي جدولاً مفصلاً لرحلتك

اكتبي في ورقة تفاصيل تقريبية لكل يوم من أيام الرحلة، مهما كان الهدف من تلك الرحلة. وإذا كنت تخططين للقيام بنشاطات معينة خلال رحلتك، فاستعيني بالتكنولوجيا وقومي بالحجز المسبق للفنادق والأنشطة المختلفة. حاولي أن تختاري الحجوزات المرنة التي تمكنك من تغيير المواعيد في حال اضطررت لذلك. التنظيم المسبق يولد الراحة النفسية، يخفف من التوتر، ويساعدك على الشعور بالاستقرار نوعاً. فخطواتك واضحة وتعرفين ما ينتظرك وما يتوجب عليك فعله كل يوم.

ثالثاً: التزمي قدر الإمكان بمواعيد النوم المعتادة 

عدم الحصول على القدر الكافي من النوم، سواء لك أو لأبنائك، من شأنه أن يولد شحنات هائلة من التوتر والطاقة السلبية. لذلك من الأفضل أن تستمروا على روتين النوم المسبق الذي اعتدتم على الالتزام به قبل السفر. من المؤكد أنك قد ترغبين في الاستمتاع بلحظات من الهدوء مع شريك حياتك أو الأصدقاء بعد أن يخلد الأطفال إلى النوم، لكن ننصحك بأن لا تطيلي السهر كثيراً بعد نومهم كي تتمكني من الاستيقاظ معهم في اليوم التالي وأنت في قمة النشاط والطاقة. فعدم حصولك على النوم الكافي سيجعلك تشعرين بالإرهاق طيلة اليوم، ما يتسبب في توترك وانخفاض مزاجك.

رابعاً: خصصي نصف ساعة صباحاً لممارسة التأمل أو الرياضة

ننصحك في أيام السفر بالاستيقاظ قبل أطفال بمدة قصيرة كي تتمكني من ممارسة التأمل الصباحي الذي من شأنه أن يمدك بالطاقة ويعزز حالتك المزاجية. يمكن للتأمل أن يكون على شكل الاستمتاع برشفات قهوتك الصباحية دون التفكير في أي شيء على الإطلاق. يمكنك أيضا ممارسة تمارين التنفس أو اليوغا، أو حتى القيام ببعض تمارين الإطالة البسيطة التي ثبتت فعاليتها في تجديد الطاقة والنشاط بعد الاستيقاظ من النوم. أياً كان نوع التمارين التي تفضلين القيام بها، خصصي وقتاً من يومك لها لما لها من أثر سحري في تخفيف التوتر وتعزيز الحالة المزاجية!

خامساً: وزعي المهام والمسؤوليات

ابتداء من انطلاق رحلتكم من المطار، وزعي المهام بينك وبين زوجك وأطفالك بما يتناسب مع أعمارهم. فإذا كان أطفالك مثلاً في سن يسمح لهم بحمل حقائبهم – الخفيفة طبعاً – أو سحبها، فلا تترددي في طلب ذلك منهم. سيشعرهم ذلك بالمسؤولية، ويخفف عن عاتقك بعض المسؤولية. تكفلك بالقيام بكل شيء بنفسك سيسبب لك الكثير من التوتر وسينعكس ذلك على الأسرة بأكملها. لذلك كوني ذكية وأحسني التواصل مع باقي أفراد الأسرة بشأن مسؤولية كل فرد. لا تستسهلي أياً من المهام، فمهمة بسيطة واحدة فوق المهام الكثيرة التي عليك القيام بها قد تكون سبباً في انهيارك وانفجارك بشكل مفاجئ!

سادسًا: استعدي بكل مستلزمات السفر مع الأطفال

لا تتوقعي أن تجدي كل احتياجاتك في أقرب صيدلية أو متجر! فأنتِ لا تريدين تضييع يومك في السفر في البحث عن لهاية طفلك المفضلك أو أفضل شيالة مواليد لأنك لن تتمكني من أخذ العربية في الرحلة التالية. استعدي مسبقًا وتعرفي على أدلة ممزورلد للسفر هذا الصيف.
